Now you need the actual Pendulum Monsters.

Notice the little numbers? They are limits for the levels you can summon. Don't pay attention to the levels for the pendulum scale your setting. Pay attention to those numbers I circled. Those are what you need to understand.
Now Lets Set the Scale to do Pendulum summons.
you need to set them in the correct order. For example, if I want these monsters for pendulum summon, I need to use lowest number which is 1 and the highest which is 8 and match them in the correct zones.

Now lets take a look at the hand.

Once per turn, during their Main Phase, if the turn player has a Pendulum Monster in both Pendulum Zones, that player can Pendulum Summon any number of monsters from their hand and/or any number of Pendulum Monsters from their Extra Deck with a Level between the numbers you set as the scale so blue is lower limit and red is the higher limit.
For this example my lower limit is 1 and higher limit is 8, i can special summon monsters from my hand and pendulum monsters in hand and/or extra whos level is between 1 and 8. so the levels i am able to summon are 2,3,4,5,6, and 7 cause they are between 1 and 8.

Now that's how you do a pendulum summon.
*Remember, the pendulum monster you want to set as upper and lower limit are your pendulum scale so do not worry about the levels.

- Some Rulings:
• If your lower limit is 3 and higher limit is 4, you can not pendulum summon any monsters because there is no whole number between 3 and 4.
• All the monsters you summon count as 1 total summon like rekindling does. If maxx "c" is used. they only draw 1.
• Pendulum summon can not be chain to as it is an inherited summon.
• When a Pendulum monster is destroyed it goes to extra deck instead and if you have a complete pendulum scale, you have the option to special summon that pendulum monster so long as you meet the requirements for a pendulum summon.
• Whether or not they are in a pendulum zone as a spell card or a monster zone as a monster card if they will be sent to the extra deck face up. Also it does not matter how they are to be sent to the graveyard if they would be sent there from the field they return to the extra deck.
