I am suggesting and would like to hold a banned card tournament. You are allowed to use 3 banned cards for this tournament but each time you use that banned card pay 500 life points. So basically the banned cards would include pay 500 life points ___________________________________________(and its regular effect) just so it balances out. Rulers- No exodia,ftk,burn,auto bounce

500 is nothing. Make it 2000 if you want to be taken seriously.

I'd suggest make LP only 4k then 200 per banned card. Match format, gg.
