no its not a joke. mortal combat is actually comming out. never been a fan of this game series but watch avgn talk about it and it will change you. so because of avgn, i might get this game

If what we see in that video are the graphics and play style of the game then it may be the BEST fighting game to have come out to date. So slick and smooth and changeable environment are some of the best things I've ever seen out of an MK game.
