Two 12 Year old girls attempt to kill their friend

According to prosecutors, on Saturday morning, Morgan E. Geyser and Anissa E. Weier, both 12, from southeastern Wisconsin stabbed their 12-year-old friend 19 times.

During the attack, the girls only missed a major artery near their friend’s heart by a millimeter, according to reports. The victim is currently in stable condition.

The two girls invited their friend over for a sleepover on Friday night and then lured her into the woods the next day and began their attack.

According to reports, the girls were planning the attack for months.

A passing cyclist who found the victim lying on the sidewalk called in the attack. If convicted, the 12-year-olds face up to 64 years in prison.

The girls were charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court as adults with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and are being held on $500,000 bail each.

Yea This is extremely messed up. What is worse is that the girls pinned the blame on Slender man rather than actually taking responsibility for their actions or even realizing it is wrong to stab some one repeatedly. This is yet another example of people blaming EVERYTHING for EVERYTHING.

Wow, blaming it on "Slender man". Might as well say Santa is the reason why children do not get their presents ._.

Seriously why would anyone blame ANYTHING on " Slenderman"? It's a good point, but that's just random. Also that is just cruel what those two did!

It is because no one wants to get in trouble so they blame all their "HORRID" Actions on something completely random and/or fictional

Those girls need to be put in a mental ward until trial cause if those girls cant take blame for almost killing their "friend" then they are a danger to everyone else. Don't say its the parents fault cause it goes down to :nature vs nurture. Honestly read on mass killers and serial killers, Most of the time, its due to financial problems, problems in family or certain events that happen make him or her snap (don't bother looking because wikipedia has a lot of people and i read on about close to 30 of them.).

The girls parent could be asked to either stand trial or be questioned on girl's mental state which is sad because maybe the parents didn't know.
The one point i want to point out is the victum who not only was left bleeding to die by her "friends" who are the same ones that stabbed her now have maybe face them in court. This girl needs to have so much help and therapy to get through this because i can't see anyone get stabbed 19 times and not be in some kind of bad mental state. Everyone has that voice in their head that tells them about decisions on what not to do.

These girls are in a bad case either way of sentence. even if they got out of day in 2 hours no one will ever hire someone of murder. its almost never happens unless you can get people to recommend you and know people who have connections.

Lets all wish the best case for the victim and hopefully those girls get the correct help they need.

I would just like to say as Slender man I had nothing to do with this at all, these 12 year olds are obviously not mentally in good health saying I have a "Wisconsin Mansion" of all places why would I of ALL people set up shop in Wisconsin?
