Why would I change the level of my cards?? thats what Cruffsant does XD

I actually meant for my cards. Lower my monster's level to make xyz summoning useless.

if i wanted to do that i would of played sworns .-. I main Mischief of Yokai XD

Such a trolly card because unlike Breakthrough, It can be used during either players turn X-X

oh... you summon, i see a potential rank 4 .-. Yokai makes that a 3 and that stays a 4...

Oh i have it set... Why not make all level 4s 2 and so forth...
