Deck Construction: 4/15 You need a side deck to counter decks like my steelswarm plus 48 cards are to much especially with stratos banned. 40 is the perfect number for HEROs plus you are running 2 different types of HEROs neo spacian are good by themselves not with other HEROs usually. Try some draw power and more stalling traps so you can get the cards you need plus try to add super poly and Miracle fusion to plus off HERO the shinning's effect.
