Purchase of custom scrolling banner?

So far as I can tell, there isn't an option for making a custom message for that scrolling bar of text at the mid/top of your screen. I think it could be used for player announcements (the proposed marriage between Envy and Pizza for instance) if the player/s have the DP to spend.
Of course, all messages would have to be approved by the administrative staff of the academy so that nothing offensive/stupid is posted, but things like promoting certain posts and alerts for tournements would be a good idea.

Anyway, that's that.
Anyone else's thoughts?

Whatever you want is possible with Javascript/JQuery/RegEx; however, I do not have the time to write this so I am go/yes on your poll.

Nce idea. This can be done an easier way. We can always make banner/text and have it in the forum's generalities (ie. On top of chatbox). They can pay a high amount of DP to advert a post (like suggestions, deck helps, tournaments etc.). This is just a thought.

Always easier than coding.
