Stripping B@TMAN of his tester position

I suggest that you strip B@TMAN of his tester position because he was testing me, it was a fair duel, then it came to a turn, he started off by playing abyss dweler's effect, then playing dark hole, then playing pot of dichotomy, the problem there is him playing pot of dichotomy after played the effect and dark hole. He did what the spell told him to do and he wouldnt take it back, because of this i refused to duel him seen as he cheated, and seen as i left, he said hes posting my test results after only 4/5 turns. I dont see how this is fair.
