So, maybe we can make it very difficult lol. We should pick 5 staff members.
Out of the 5, the slifer MUST 2-0 3 of them OR 2-1 all of them. The staff members will be stronk and skilled and whatnot. After this, they will be considered for part 1.
In 1 the slifer will make a deck that tests their creativity. If they makw it good. If they fail to make it then they fail part 1. Esentially, they would fail the wholw thing.
After this, part 2 comes in. They will duel a teacher/admin/mod
With the deck he made. The staff member will evaluate his performance.
Part 3: consists of extremely hard ruling questions (like dn's test: kai please)
