Top 3 buyers(minimum 5 decks purchased to be on list:
1. gets all custom decks for 10dp and gets 2 decks free for every 1 deck bought
2.gets decks from selection 1 and 2 for50% off (does not include deck jobs)
3. gets decks for selection 1 and 2 for 10% off
