Deck Construction: 5/15 Love me some raccoon action. I liked some of the techs, but there is room for improvement. Also why you no max out extra deck, Meng?! That's why I had to dock so many points. =(

Overall Skills: 7/10 Pretty decent! Doesn't take chet hax ben from nobody! Applied his knowledge really well.
